Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

All goods are dispatched from our UK based warehouse. Most items are delivered with 1-3 working days (please see delivery page for full details). If you have any problems with your order you must contact us immediately, and we shall look in to your concerns.

If you are not happy with your order you can also return the item back to us minus any postage costs you will encore. Free delivery is only for UK based addresses.

Any postcodes to the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Mann or the Channel Islands will incur a surcharge. Please contact us before making your purchase so we can give you an accurate delivery cost.

If your order value is under £15 then it will be sent via Royal Mail, which means there is no surcharge. Please place your order as normal. Any order under the value of £15 is sent via Royal Mail or 24hr courier depending on the item. This is a 2-3 working day service. Any orders over £15 are sent via Express 24 Hour. Returns Information

Here at Pluto Packaging we pride our selves with good British customer support, that's why we made our returns policy quite simple.

If there is a problem with your purchase or you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours. We will then solve the issue amicably. We will respond and solve the issue within 2 working days. If for any reason you are not happy with the item, you are entitled to return this for a refund minus postage charges.
